Walk 2 minutes to the harbor side beach, or 5 minutes to the glorious sandy Seabrook beach that extends for appx 6 miles. Enjoy the day swimming, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or just lazing in the sun. There are fabulous restaurants, arcades, casinos , music venues within walking distance or a short drive. Do as much or as little as you want! Come and enjoy! The entrance to the home is on the ground level directly off the patio which’s abuts the driveway. The paved patio is pleasantly appointed with an outdoor dining set, 4 cushioned rocking chairs, a rattan bistro set and lovely seasonal flowers and hanging plants. There is an additional patio area along the side of the home where you can grill up some tasty burgers or fresh fish purchased from the fish co-op accross the street. As you enter the home, the small but well appointed granite kitchen is to your right. There is a large side by side fridge with water and ice dispenser and electric stove. To the left is a large, bright open living and dinning space. The farm styled dinning table has a cushioned bench and four chairs . The large sectional contains a chaise and seating for 6. The 55 in. Samsung smart TV sits upon a lovely console with cabinets and draws where you’ll find board games, decks of cards and some paper backs books. A full bathroom is off the living room to the right and has a tiled shower tub combo , tall toilet and bathroom vanity with a large lighted mirror. There is a utility room with stackable washer and dryer, where you’ll find your laundry detergent and any extra paper towels, toilet paper or other supplies you may need for your stay. At the end of the hall there is a storage closet where you’ll find extra linens, bath and beach towels. There are two spacious bedroom with large casement windows with black out privacy honeycomb shades. Bedroom one contains a king sized bed with pillow top mattress , two bedside tables and lamps and a large dresser with mirror. The second bedroom has a queen pillow top bed with bedside table and lamp and a tall dresser. Each bedroom has a good sized closet with plenty of hangers. We provide two market umbrellas with sand screws for windy days, 4 beach chairs, a cooler with wheels and a beach buggie for an easy walk to the beach with your gear.
