Our family of four had a lovely stay at John's place. Located directly on the beach with beautiful views - we enjoyed our coffee on the enclosed balcony each morning. His place is clean, and the beds were super cozy. I would stay again!

Very nice. Kitchen had great tools, clean and GREAT view of the ocean. Walk onto beach. What else do you need?? It's the beach!!

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Everything as listed. We went off season, was cozy. The screened in porch isn’t heated but only slightly cool and not nearly as cold as outside, it was beautiful lookout that I didn’t need a coat to enjoy.

There's nothing like being near the ocean, especially off-season. John's Place fit that bill perfectly. The condo is right on the beach with gorgeous, panoramic views. The only sound you hear is the waves coming onto the shore. John's Place is extremely quiet and away from the main street of Hampton Beach, which even off-season can be noisy with the traffic. The living and kitchen area were larger than expected from the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped with an island that provided a great space for meal preparation. For tea-lovers, there is a teapot, so no boiling water in a pan or microwave! John's Place is exactly the place to go if you want to enjoy oceanfront views with all the amenities needed for a stay at the beach!
