The place is amazing . Joy who hosted the villa is an incredible person. She sent the local recommendations even before we got there, always responded to our questions within minutes. She even arranged a rental car to be delivered to the villa when our original rental failed to arrive. Joy made sure the villa had everything. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. Villa is very modern , clean; everything is brand new. Each bedroom is with bathroom . The pool and the patio is outstanding to spend time. Free parking by the villa and it’s walkable to the restaurants , beaches and the market. The location is very nice lots to do near by. Would definitely recommend and be back . Thank you Joy .

We ended up having an extended stay in SXM for over a month. The first unit we booked was not through Joy and not as advertised which left us stressed and scrambling at the last minute with no where to stay. Joy not only provided us a great booking but she also found us a very high end temporary accommodation for the few nights in between our arrival and her next available listing date which she graciously provided at the same price. Beyond that she has always been responsive and proactive regarding any minor issues that we had and ended up arranging a fantastic long term rental for us for the remainder of the year that was within our budget. She is a wonderful person and we are happy to call her a new friend. Thank you joy!

This place made for an unforgettable holiday. Inside was modern, clean, and spacious. Outside was a private oasis. Morning and night, the views were breathtaking. This backyard made the pool experience so good we canceled 2 of our beach days. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. Peaceful and quiet spot 15 minutes from Phillipsburg, 10 mins from Simpson Bay. So many great places to eat within 5 mins. Friendly neighbourhood. Perfect getaway spot.

Gorgeous place in a wonderful location. I could sit at the pool all day and stare at the Ocean. Very comfortable layout allowing us to sleep comfortably and eat in as desired. Joy was on top of everything. Definitely recommend.

Loved our stay. With three bedrooms and baths, perfect for a family. Very peaceful right on the water and easy to get everywhere.
