Sergio was an amazing host. Always responsive and super friendly. She property was clean and beautiful. Close to the beach and the walking street. Would definitely return!

The property is stunning with an elegant pool as the centerpiece of the property. The beach is very close by 5 minute walk, which made it so easy and convenient to watch sunset. The a/c worked very well because PE is very hot and humid. The bathroom is huge, and definitely enough space for 2 adults to share. The only 2 cons: the property is located right next door to a local family, and their roasters and dogs crowed and barked at all times of the night, especially early morning hours. And the mattress is more on the firmer side, which took a couple of nights to adjust to. Other than the 2 items mentioned above, this is still an amazing place and my cons are based on my preferences and sensitivities.

Superbe logement, joli, propre, conforme aux photos! Piscine au top, jolie terrasse avec vue sur la mer (faire abstraction du décor des alentours). Vraiment à deux minutes à pied de la plage. Sergio et Sani ont été adorables, hyper réactifs et serviables. Sergio est très à l’écoute, il nous a fourni tout ce dont on avait besoin : parasol, adresses, chauffeur de taxi de confiance etc. Le logement est vraiment paisible et encore en construction mais les travaux ne nous ont pas dérangés, aucune nuisance. Les gars ont été très discrets ce qui était appréciable. Précision importante : restaurants à 15min à pied. Le mieux est de prendre un taxi car route passante et non éclairée. Le seul bémol : le coq des voisins qui n’arrête pas de piailler tôt le matin, mais rien à faire à part mettre des bouchons d’oreille ! Et puis il y en a partout à Puerto Escondido 🤪. Encore merci à Sergio et Sani pour leur disponibilité et amabilité 😊
