Great staff, great location and nice condo. Great view from the rooftop and nice little pool area. Perfect distance to walk everywhere! Condo is located in the back, off the road so the road noise is less unless window is open but nothing out of the norm when staying in a downtown area. Much quieter than staying closer to the water. Would highly recommend!
first time in PV and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! great area, so walkable to all the bars and restaurants in Zona Romantica. gorgeous, private rooftop pool with stunning views. highly recommend!
This Airbnb was fantastic! The place was spotless, all rooms had A/C, and the rooftop pool was such a great option if you did not want to go to the beach. The location is walkable and is close to the downtown area and the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the Romantic Zone!
Serenity was a decent stay! I've stayed at many condos in Puerto Vallarta & this one was definitely well maintained & also safe! It's not located directly in the mix of Zona Romantica but it's just 4 blocks above the fray. Pharmacies & Oxxo's are just steps away so everything you need is in reach & you're only a 10 min walk down to the beach. My had a few complaints. The unit's 2nd bedroom doesn't actually have a queen, it has a double or rather full size bed, and both beds in either room are rather firm. The AC must be monitored as it drips & we found significant water in the sofa at one point but the property manager's seemed to be aware so it wasn't a major issue, as we didn't need that space Or had guests on the sofa during our stay. The pool was GREAT, but unheated. All & all, this was a super cute spot in a very quiet are of ZR.
Overall very good, the building is brand new, key code door access is nice, rooftop pool was nice and quiet but not much of a view. Midweek cleaning service was great. We had a couple minor issues with one of the AC units and the stove but resolved fairly quickly and communication was great.
