Our space includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an office, laundry room, heated floors, living/family room, eat-in kitchen, multiple 55" smart TV's, Amazon Echo Show, coffee bar, and much more! The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with an extremely comfortable mattress and 2 different types of pillows. There is also a 55" Smart TV that we encourage our guest to take advantage of! There is also a full size closet for storage with cubbies for organizing! Included in the master bedroom is the master bathroom. Enjoy the tiled shower equipped with a rainfall showerhead for one of the most relaxing showers you have ever taken! This fully stocked bathroom also includes many towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are 2 bedrooms located in the lower level of the property that include queen beds and 2 different types of pillows. These rooms are also equipped with full size closets. These bedrooms are very comfortable and make for some of the best, uninterrupted sleep you can get! The lower level also includes a full bathroom and living/family room. The family room also has a 55" smart TV and one of the best couches to get comfortable on and enjoy your favorite show, movie, or the big game! Perhaps our favorite part of the entire house is the kitchen! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, wine glasses, etc. It is the perfect kitchen to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal while utilizing all of our stainless steel appliances to help keep food fresh and assist with clean up! Located in the kitchen is a double door fridge with a large freezer and ice maker, stainless steel electric range, and a dishwasher! The quartz countertops with the island and bar seating make enjoying a meal with friends and family an experience. There is also a couch, 55" Smart TV, and Amazon Echo show very close by to enjoy some tunes, catch up on the news, or not miss a second of the action when cooking, eating, or entertaining! The coffee bar is also located in the kitchen next to the patio door stocked with a Keurig, K-cups, creamer, and sugars. The kitchen is an excellent spot to gather around and spend quality time with one another. The outdoor space has many perfect places to relax! Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the mornings on the front porch in our comfortable and trendy chairs! The back deck has more comfortable seating as well as a natural gas grill for your use! We also have a hot-tub out back that is perfect for a little R&R. We also have an office area with a very spacious desk, drawers, and super comfortable desk chair! Also located in the office is extravagant wallpaper with a very comfortable chair and ottoman! Perfect to catch up on some emails, work from home, or just to do some browsing. The house has very strong high speed Wi-Fi to meet all needs! The main level also has a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies for guest use. Connected to the laundry room is a very cute and private 1/2 bathroom accessible to all guests!
