what a great place to host a large group. large kitchen with lots of sleeping options. close to Soldotna, but far enough away from the road noise. we're planning to go again in a few months.
This house was absolutely stunning and felt like home! We had an amazing intimate wedding. ❤️
this place was amazing, there were five bedrooms upstairs, with 3 full baths and laundry room, down stairs was a huge kitchen plenty of room to get around with a large group. 2 living rooms plenty of chairs to sit down for meals 2 half baths, 2 freezers to store fish in. a sink to clean fish and also a vacuum sealer. garage had 4 bikes to ride, play ground equipment for children and a large outdoor patio with a fire pit and plenty of chairs.the basement has 4 bedrooms with full bathroom living room and game table. the dock outside was awesome and we were able to catch plenty of fish there. we saw moose right from the front porch.this place was exceptional very clean and Kathy responded to all questions in a timely manner. our stay was wonderful, and we. hope to return in the future.
Kathy is an exceptional host! The house is beautifully appointed in such an jaw dropping view of the Kenai River. There is also a fishing deck that we caught many salmon. Great outdoor seating, grill and fire pit with wood available. The house is large but wonderful for solitude or a large group. She is new to Airbnb but it isn’t obvious. All you need is readily available. I certainly would stay here again, not only because of the majesty of her property but additionally, her prompt responses and kindness.

As an Alaskan through and through, I live for the summer months when there's endless daylight. In addition to fishing (well... catching), I love visiting our local breweries, kayaking, and spending time with my furry companions, Kona and Harley, as well as my friends and family. When my partner in crime, Sheila, suggested we take on the challenge of operating a nine-bedroom Airbnb on the Kenai River, I was all in. And here we are!
