Tout était parfait ! L'appartement était dans un excellent état et la communication via Airbnb était simple et rapide ! Je recommande!

Apartment was clean. Kitchen is listed as fully equipped but was missing items like colander or salt which in my opinion are pretty basic items for cooking. Also the stove was not very hot when using both of them at the same time. We found the room pretty dark with windows on one side only and the apartment being lower than the building it's facing. The location is not that close from the center and if you arrive loaded with heavy backpacks the climb up for the check-in can be a bit challenging. We booked our stay of 6 nights last minute. The next day, we found out we wouldn't be able to use the last night and during check-in, we made a request to change the booking to not pay for this night we wouldn't use. It was still 5 days away so I believe there would be time for someone else to book it last minute as we did. He refused because he didn't want to risk losing the money of the night which I can understand but still doesn't feel nice as a guest. Overall our stay was ok.

Este alojamiento ofrece un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para descansar, gracias a su eficiente calefacción y silencio. Sin embargo, su ubicación es alejada del centro de Ushuaia, y la zona circundante podría mejorar. Aunque es accesible en taxi, la experiencia con el anfitrión fue menos acogedora; su falta de flexibilidad para dejar las maletas durante un corto período, especialmente bajo condiciones climáticas adversas, restó puntos a la hospitalidad esperada.

L'emplacement se situe sur les hauteurs d'Ushuaia, donc il faut grimper, environs à 20 minutes du Centre-ville. Il y a des petits commerces à proximité ce qui est pratique. Nous avons passé 3 jours dans ce logement. Dario et sa compagne sont arrangeant et la communication a été fluide et réactive. Le logement en lui même est bien. Seul bemol il un peu sombre et n'offrent pas de vue.

Quiero agradecer la buena disposición, ya que me robaron mis cosas a las 4 de la mañana en otro lugar y entre ellas tenía las llaves del departamento. Hicieron lo posible por enviarme otras y eso lo agradezco mucho, incluso siendo de madrugada y con lluvia.
