The interior has all been painted, the kitchen has been updated with a new dishwasher, large 42" sink, faucet and oven. Some of the furniture has also been upgraded such as a new large living room couch - which turns into a sleeper, some new bedframes and mattresses, and new outdoor furniture. Note that the house itself though is NOT NEW and there are areas where it does show its age. Note that the pool and some of the flooring, especially bright white surfaces become distressed and scratched. In particular the bottom of the pool is somewhat black from the age of the plaster. However our pool cleaner is amazing and is there twice a week.
