April was amazing, I came because my dad was in the hospital and I needed to be close by to him. When he was moved to Comfort Care, April was exceptional in being flexible with my accommodations and extending my stay. when he died earlier than expected, she gave me a full refund for the extra days. everything was homey and comfortable in a really sad situation. it was a relief to go into April's place after being in the hospital all day. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed, I will definitely stay again if I'm ever in Roseburg.

It was a fantastic place to stay. It was clean and close to downtown. We were a little skeptical about the neighborhood but had no problems at all. We will look forward to staying there again. The bed was very comfortable and April went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The price was very affordable.

Incredible bargain for such a great rental. I stayed here once before and liked it so much that when I needed to return to Roseburg, this was the first place I checked. This is exactly what you need to get the most out of Roseburg. The in-unit AC/heater worked great. There was plenty of fridge space and the kitchen was clean and easy to use. The bed was very comfortable bed. The unit is close to Roseburg's central hub and is no more than 15-minutes walking distance from great shops (everything from outdoor gear, to fine woodworking & furniture, to the largest quilt shop I've ever seen) and restaurants (the green chile cheese burger at North 40 was exceptional and Little Brother Pub was a favorite). I was there for work and didn't do much sight seeing, but this was a great place to work from.

beautiful tiny home! easy and short walk to great shops and restaurants. plenty of personal storage. fast hot water. GREAT PARKING!!
