Great house with amazing views. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with.
We had a fantastic holiday here. First up the parking is awesome, easily fitting 4 cars. When you walk into the house the view is to die for with 180 degree views of the lake and ocean. No matter where you sit or how you are facing! The undercover verandah comfortably sits 6 or more people with a great bbq. The house is equipped with everything you could possible need. Lastly the hosts Lisa and Dan are not only lovely but exceptionally helpful.
Great location and fantastic views. House was very spacious and functional. We did however have some maintenance and cleanliness issues. The downstairs heater (split system) did not work and a couple of blinds were broken. Also the blind in the upstairs bathroom was totally see through at night with the light on and we actually caught boys from the neighbouring property looking through while people were showering! Carpets were not vacuumed properly and had lots of stains and in general the property had not been cleaned properly. Overall it was dusty with a little mouldy/damp smell. The house is on a very steep block with a very steep driveway and does not have an outdoor area for kids to play. I guess this is the trade off for such a great view. The yard was also overgrown with weeds and loose/uneven pavers. It’s still a great place but it does need a bit of attention.
Best views of the bay! This is a stunning property with plenty of space to relax. Lisa our host was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be going back!
Lovely big house in a great location with fabulous views. Ample space for a family get-together with children. Well equipped kitchen so it was easy to prepare meals and the deck was a great space to eat outside. The downstairs was a bit musty smelling and a number of dead bugs and we had a couple of maintenance issues, (however it has been an exceptionally wet summer). The rest of the house was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you
