This private estate on the outskirts of Panchgani, lies nestled in secluded lush green forest and overlooks spectacular uninterrupted views of Bhilar waterfalls and valleys. The bedrooms, verandahs, heated pool & outdoor lawn present an unmatched magical panorama of hill ranges & valleys. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Let me walk you through the villa: This property has 80 steps to reach the villa entrance from parking. BEDROOMS: - This estate has 4 bedrooms with queen size beds - There are 4 bathrooms - all attached to respective bedrooms. - Geysers, towels, and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. LIVING AREA - There is a living room and it offers a 55-inch Led TV and Sony music system. SWIMMING POOL - The pool is 12x14 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. - It is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM. - The pool can be heated at an additional cost on 48 hours prior notice. - If the villa is booked within 24hrs of check-in, guests will not be able to use the heated pool. - The pool is not functional during the monsoon. KITCHEN & MEALS: - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, and a water purifier. - Kitchen access only for staff - Extra cleaning charges applicable - Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people. - The caretaker can prepare meals for the guests at an additional cost. ACTIVITIES: - There is a gaming room which includes a snooker table, carrom board and a few board games. - A trampoline, cricket set, basketball, and bicycles are also available. - It is not accessible post 11 PM. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Stags not allowed - Secured parking space is available for up to 4 cars. - In case of a power outage, an inverter is available in the villa. - Children must be supervised all the time while they are in outdoor spaces as there are steps and slopes. - WiFi is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. Based on the guest count bedrooms will be allotted, rest will be closed.

Positives: The stay was really good. Care takers were really helpful. They were really humble and helpful. Rooms, Bathrooms were very clean. Food prepared by them was really tasty and homely. It was very peaceful and beautiful. Nature surrounding is too good. Negatives: 1. Owner and Leisurely stay representatives were slow to respond. 2. WiFi was not provided, but was written in the amenities that it is provided, talked to Owner, but he said there is no wifi provider in that area so he has not provided it. 3. Swimming pool is very very tiny, small. Its like 8 feet in length space. 4. Be aware of amenities, its written “Breakfast is provided, its not included “, at first impression you will feel that its free but no its not. Overall : 3.5/5 Caretakers : 5/5
