My recent stay at White Sand Hotel booked through Airbnb was quite disappointing. Despite booking a pool view room, I was initially given a different room at the check-in counter. It took some effort to get this corrected, as the staff initially claimed I hadn't booked a pool view room. Furthermore, upon entering the room I had booked, I found it to be vastly different from what was advertised on Airbnb. The room lacked the furniture, including a sofa, as shown in the listing's photos. This was a significant letdown as I specifically chose this accommodation for its amenities and ambiance. Moreover, the new room I was provided with by the front desk, located on the first floor corner, was disappointing. The room was little dirty, with noticeable dust accumulation, which detracted from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the space. I hope this feedback helps improve the booking process and guest experience for others in the future.

Great spot in Waikiki! Everything is walkable and the staff is fricken awesome!

Pros: Beautiful commons area/pool/hot tub/bar Room style very pleasing Comfortable beds Cons: Our room was listed as "pool view" but this was pretty misleading Very loud whistle/air rushing noise in room Shower was comically small with showerhead below our heads (5'8"-5'6") The resort fee of $29/night (inc taxes) is not included in Airbnb price which again is misleading. We ended up staying an extra night due to a cancelled flight and the other room we stayed in had none of these issues. Overall I would stay again.

We loved lounging out at the pool area and bar. They had games available and we stole Uno for a few days. Super convenient location and everything is walkable. Chic interiors.
