Overstrand beach, with its colourful beach huts and friendly cliff top cafe and a great shop and The Whitehorse Pub are all within walking distance. The apartment is also a short drive from the more lively town of Cromer with its iconic Pier and plenty of amenities. There is a lovely clifftop walk into Cromer. The flat has recently undergone a complete renovation and is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished with comfort and style in mind. My family and I love coming here to Overstrand and really enjoy all that the area has to offer. My property sleeps four guests (1 double bed and 2 single) and is perfectly located, just a few minutes walking distance to the stunning beach with its colourful beach huts. The Living accommodation: The property is situated on the 2nd floor All rooms come off of the hallway which leads on to the open plan living space. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the dining table seats up to 6 guests. There is a stylish comfortable sofa, coffee table and a unit housing some books and games. There is a smart free Sat TV with Netflix. (you will need to use your own log in details for the TV applications) Off the hallway is a double bedroom two bedside tables with lamp, drawers and hook rails for hanging clothes. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds a bedside table with lamp and hook rails for hanging clothes The family bathroom has a shower over the bathtub and WC. Free parking is available on the road outside the property. You will have access to the entire flat. My flat is professionally cleaned and I supply freshly laundered towels and linen. Remote self-check in gives flexibility for late arrivals.
