スタッフはとても親切で素晴らしいおもてなしをしてくれました。 お部屋はとても清潔で雰囲気が良く、浴室も清潔で雰囲気の良いバスタブがありました。 お部屋の中にはセンスの良いインテリアがたくさんあります。 ゆっくりリラックスして過ごすことができます。 とても素晴らしい滞在ができます。

I can't say enough about the amazing staff. They are all so kind and helpful. And while some may feel far removed from Siem Reap, we loved walking to local merchants, to eat and drink with the locals. And the city itself and other sites were just a short tuk tuk ride away. I would absolutely come back to stay again.

I gave 5 stars but more accurately it would be 4.2 - but only for two reasons that are very fixable upon action by the host. The first is that the location provided before booking is VERY inaccurate. While I did end up liking the peaceful location, I would not have booked it had I known it is outside of town and not centrally located as was implied in the booking. The second thing was that, at 8:30am the staff were running and yelling having fun through the grounds. It appeared they also had non-staff friends running around with them. That plus the construction noise from machines and work they are doing on the property woke me up when I really needed to sleep in. Owners should take note of staff behavior and take steps to correct. Other than that, this place was great. Beautiful grounds, great rooms, and the manager was very kind and especially helpful. I would easily recommend this place when they change their location on the listing and train staff for more appropriate behavior.

We had a wonderful stay at the Isann Lodge! Evan was extremely helpful and kind, and we felt right at home. The place is gorgeous, the garden exuberant and we didn’t try the pool but it looked beautiful too. We will be back for sure.
