Dining table seats 8 and 4 more seats at the island. Livingroom has sectional sofa, gas fireplace, Smart TV. Sunroom with sectional couch overlooking the lake. laundry and half bath on main floor Master bedroom has King bed with smart tv, en-suite bath with walk in shower and double sinks. 2nd bedroom on Main floor has King bed with smart tv and en-suite with walk in shower and double sinks. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with smart TV open deck off kitchen covered porch area with seating off living room. Closet foyer has broom, vacuum, Swiffer if needed. This was a beautiful home with an amazing view of the mountains and lake. It’s in a quieter area of the lake, so it was very peaceful. The multiple porches and sunroom offer a ridiculous sunrise and sunset view. I will be back.
This weekend was phenomenal and Chatuge Home Concierge was a vital part of that. The Airbnb was spacious, CLEAN, had everything we needed for our mountain getaway to be perfect. This was an amazing rental and I highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend and Angels Envy! The home was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Plus, it was inspiring to wake up to gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Two things about our experience were disappointing, and while relatively minor, we were expecting them for the price paid: 1. We used the gas grill on the first night to cook dinner. When we attempted to use the grill on the second day, the tank was empty and there was no spare. 2. There were no toiletry items available. Having arrived late in the evening, we weren’t able to remedy this until the next day.
Great house. Very well set up and very clean. I wish every Airbnb was like this.

Set your sights on long-range views with visits to Bell Mountain in Hiawassee (20-minute drive) and Brasstown Bald (highest point in GA, 35-minute drive). Spend the day on Lake Chatuge with a boat or personal watercraft rental from a local marina or launch your own from nearby public access. Want to immerse yourself in nature in the Nantahala National Forest? Bring your mountain bikes and ride the first-class trails at Jackrabbit Mountain (also great for hiking and dog-friendly) less than 5 minutes from the property. Fires Creek Recreation Area (25-minute drive) is another Western NC local favorite for hiking with picturesque views, swimming, and trout fishing. On the GA side, take a 30-minute drive to a waterfall hike via the High Shoals Falls Trail or make the 45-minute drive to Alpine Helen, GA for a taste of Bavaria in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hungry and thirsty after a day of exploration? Visit the outstanding local restaurants, wineries, and breweries in and around downtown Hayesville and Hiawassee for not-to-be-missed tastes of local flavor.
