Hi and welcome to our cozy 2BD apartment on trendy Montana Ave! Take a 10 min walk to the beach, 10 mins to 3rd St. Promenade, or walk around the corner to nearby shops, bars and restaurants. We opened up our second bedroom for one person and please note that I live here with my toddler son, a small dog, and my Mom is currently staying with us for the next couple months. We all enjoy having a nice roommate and we're happy to interact with you as little or as much as you'd like :) This is a comfortable apartment located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, 1 full bathroom and a half-bath (half-bath is a bathroom with just a toilet, no shower), spacious living room and a patio. There's some workout equipment that you're more than welcome to use - barbells, dumbbells, yoga mats, straps, etc. Your room is a bedroom and an office in one, furnished with designer furniture. There's a comfortable pull-out sofa, large desk, chair, lamps, and a TV with Hulu and Netflix. There's also a large closet with floor to ceiling mirrored doors.

Tania is an extraordinary host. I had a great stay at her place. Everything was as described. Perfect place to be in Santa Monica. Montana Ave has lots of restaurants and jobs and in 10-15 minutes you can go straight to the ocean or 3rd promenade street / Santa Monica Pier. Strongly recommended! Tania was outgoing and made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay.
Tania is an excellent host. The room was very clean and comfortable. I very much appreciated having a dedicated, modern desk for remote work. The apartment is quiet, and in an amazing location, near coffee shops, good dining, and the beach. I recommend this stay.
We were there for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Tania was a great host, easy to communicate and friendly. The room is great, enough place for two and the bed is so comfortable. I had a short, one night stay, but it was very nice. The apartment and room were very clean; the bed comfortable! The location is great, close to everything in Santa Monica.
Tania is a lovely host! She is very caring and always ready to help out. She is very easy to contact/cummunicate with. The room is exactly as displayed, very spacious, clean and beautiful. Great location, very quiet and close to the beach and to shops. I loved staying at Tania's and I am glad now to call her my friend :) Overall excellent experience!

We’re located in one of the cleanest, most beautiful and safe neighborhoods in LA. Unlike most other places, it’s perfectly safe to go out for a walk at any time, even late at night. We’re also surrounded by great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques. Nearest grocery store is just 5 minute walk away (Pavilions).
The beach is also only about 7 minutes walk away.
There are several bus stops nearby, and uber/lyft are always just a couple minutes away. There are also Hulu bicycles across the street that you can rent with an app for $7/hour or $25/month. Super convenient! No permit street parking is also available on 6th, 5th streets and Montana avenue. Just pay attention to street signs for sweeping times (tues&weds).
LAX is about 25 mins drive away (with traffic might take around 45 mins). I recommend taking uber from the airport as the shuttle bus costs almost the same $20 and only takes you to the stop in Downtown Santa Monica, from which you’ll have to take another 5 minute ride to our place.

I've been living in Santa Monica for the past 10 years and absolutely love it! Before moving here I lived in the Bay Area, NYC, Rome, Italy and Russia. At this point I’ve hosted over 300 guests from all over the world and made some incredible friends along the way. It’s always great to meet new people and learn about their cultures, and the things they’re passionate about. I enjoy hiking, salsa/bachata dancing, yoga, cooking and dining, visiting museums/galleries/tech and science events, and exploring this wonderful city. LA has so much to offer and I’m happy to share my recommendations if you’d like!
