A Beachfront Paradise! We had the most incredible stay at this beach property! From the moment I arrived, I was swept away by the stunning ocean views and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach steps away from the patio door. I loved waking up and taking a morning stroll along the sand, watching the sunrise over the water. The property itself was immaculate, with modern furnishings and all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we all slept like a dream every night. One of the highlights of my stay was relaxing on the back porch, sipping a glass of wine, and watching the scenery over the ocean. It was truly magical! The host was also fantastic, providing clear communication and ensuring my stay was as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway. I can't wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great location, friendly neighbors, great outdoor family area, a bit walkable but suggest a golf cart rental for sure! Place is tricky to find at first so a map would be best for sure. A little TLC is needed in the kitchen and some curb appeal on the front door, a big #47 on the front/back sides is needed as it’s in a corner. Well stocked for family dinners: note most of the restaurants are closed Sun-Tue so stop at the Walmart in Humacao! The local “market” is small and pricey but mammoth breakfast sandwiches! Would return for sure — I almost didn’t want to share this review. PS the staff was incredibly helpful!!! Thanks!

Great place. Host was very friendly and helpful. Location was wonderful. The beach and restaurants were an easy walk. absolutely would stay there again.

We spent our Christmas time in Puerto Rico as a family. We were surprised by the size of the house, is really big. We immediately felt like at home. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very soft. The bathroom in the master bedroom has been renovated and looks great. As Europeans, we appreciated the hand shower :-) . The house was clean. The air conditioning worked without problems, we were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of wine, milk for coffee and water in the fridge. Coffee was also available. The kitchen is otherwise very well equipped. We also used the grill, everything worked great. A wonderful terrace with a view of the sea and the beach. Our only disappointment was that no one cleans the beach, so it was full of seaweed deposits. If I would go to Puerto Rico again, I would definitely use Fernando's accommodation again. ​

The house was beautiful and sits on a hill overlooking the ocean through a grouping of tall palms. Everyone was completely satisfied with their rooms and the house had everything we needed. The las Palmas community is great. Feet from an Italian restaurant which was excellent. We rented golf carts one day and explored the area . Lots of food choices, a small market , ATM , and a cool jungle trail we found while exploring . The beach can be a little sea weedy , but we found plenty of other beaches on the island to swim in. The house is everything you want it to be after a long day of exploring Puerto Rico. The only issue we had was when we discovered the dryer not working only 5 hours before our flight. We found ourselves frantically trying to dry our cloths outside hanging in the wind . It was a little stressful , but it was a very windy morning and the cloths dried enough to travel without adding water weight. We highly recommend this air BNB location especially with family.
