The complex seems to be partially abandoned,the buildings need more maintenance,paint,corrosion problems,stair with lot of drebris The ones that are in use are ok in the interior but have a lot of electrical problems The pool area and the green areas are well maintein but the gym need attention.

I had the pleasure of staying in Solarea resort, and it truly exceeded expectations. The breathtaking view from the balcony was nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect blend of sea and sky. The community of Palmas Del Mar itself was equally impressive, with its vibrant atmosphere and amenities that added an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall experience.

We booked Kristian’s place last minute since we were disappointed with the house we first booked in Puerto Rico and had to find another place last minute. I am so glad we found this house and Kristian. We had a wonderful stay, he was kind in accommodating our early check in and late check out, the house was just as pictured, everything was clean and the views of the house are simply incredible: in front of the pool and walking distance to a private absolutely gorgeous beach. The restaurant he suggested by the yatch club had the best food we had during our entire stay in Puerto Rico. We felt absolutely safe in the gated community and Kristian and the resort management were very responsive and kind even when we locked ourselves outside the house by mistake. The elevator of the building needs a little maintenance I would say because it makes some noises but that’s not on Kristian. I highly recommend the place and Kristian!

Great stay! Kristian was helpful and responsive and the penthouse had more than enough room for our family of seven. This was our second time staying in Palmas Del Mar - beautiful area of Humacao! We’d definitely come back!
