Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. On Nottawa Creek, a beautiful 1890's country farmhouse is a perfect getaway with family and friends. Once an old flour mill, this 80 acer property has ponds, old bridges, 2 waterways and 13 forested acres. The 4 bedroom home sleeps 8, has 2.5 bathrooms and a large kitchen and dining area along with window and porch views of ponds and cascading creeks. Central heat and AC keep the temperature comfortable.

Nice older home. Great communication from owner. Thanks for the snacks, definitely nice having that, since the place is in a secluded countryside. The river and wildlife was nice, saw some deer. Only stayed the night and didn't get to enjoy the peacefulness.

The farmhouse stands on Nottawa creek, a tributary of the St. Joseph river that empties into scenic Lake Michigan. The old mill foundation, built in 1905, is just over the small bridge. The mill was one of serval flour mills along these waterways.
Rawsons King mill is the closest surviving mill. Just a mile up the river it's worth exploring. Canoe, bike, drive or walk to this county park and enjoy the gardens and waterfalls.
Back on the property we have yard games for you to use. Enjoy the fire pit, the wood is there for you to use. If you want to stay up into the night, the fire pit is out of the way and a checked volume won't disturb our neighbors.
