Perfect! I can’t even come up with a single thing that could be improved! Only thing to make note of is that the downstairs/basement area is not fully finished, but still totally functional! Super quick to respond and very accommodating! Our group was already wanting to plan another stay before we even left!

Jessi's place is was fantastic! The house was very spacious, beds were comfortable, basement is well stocked with lots of games, and the fire pit, hot tub, and Blackstone grill were all very nice to have! My friends and I had an awesome time at the Blue Couch and would love to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Blue Couch! Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean with several surprises - waffle maker, 3 kayaks, lily pad mat, to name a few. The location is fantastic on a less busy part of Lake Hartwell. We rented a boat from C & E Marine (who was also great) for 2 days and picked it up from Tugaloo State Park boat ramp - which is about a 20 min boat ride to the house. We also enjoyed the convenience of docking the boat at the house’s dock. Several towels were provided to be used at the lake as well as life jackets. We spent several days at the dock and on the water. The screened-in porch is great too. We could tell the house was new but will definitely be back. Jessi was a very responsive host and accommodated a late checkout.
