This home has everything you can dream of and more! This property offers lots of spaces for guest to eat, sleep, and play! EAT INSIDE: Open concept kitchen / dining / living room. Full Kitchen offers everything needed to cook or a large group and is open to eat in kitchen and living room dining. COFFEE MAKERS: We have both a Keurig and Traditional Drip Coffee Makers. OTHER SMALL APPLIANCES: Panini Duo Sandwich Press, Toaster, Blender, Mixer, 2x Crock Pots GRILL: We have a Big Green Egg charcoal grill and Blackstone flat top grill off the main floor kitchen SLEEP: Lots of ways to arrange sleeping! Bedroom 1 - King Bedroom with Ensuite - Soaker Tub & Separate Shower- main floor Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom -upstairs Bedroom 3 - Two Twin Beds & Crib -upstairs (we have bridge to connect the twins together to make them into a King. We also have King sheets available) Bedroom 4 - King bed -lower level Shared Space - Twin Day Bed in Living Area- lower level FOR THE LITTLE ONES... 2x pack and play portable play pens Full size crib High Chair 3x Toddler Booster Seats (all kept in the closet of the room with the crib) BATHROOMS Mainfloor has full ensuite off primary and half bath Upstairs has a Jack & Jill Bathroom - each bedroom was wash area and share tub/shower combo Lower Level has a Full Hallway Bathroom MAIN FLOOR FIREPLACE is an electric insert. LOWER LEVEL STOVE is not operational. PLAY: Lots to do inside and out! Inside we have lots of tables that can be used for games which we have available for you including corn hole! HOT TUB located on the lower patio area FIRE PIT: Outside we have the fire pit for a relaxing fire or cook up some s'mores! DOCK: We have a covered slip dock with lots of seating! DOCK WATER DEPTH: As of February 2024 we have 16.5' of water which is plenty for any size boat! WATER TOYS: We have a Stand Up Paddle Board, a two single person kayak, and two single person fold up kayaks! TVs: 65" - Main floor Living Room 55" - Lower level living room TV PROGRAMMING: We subscribe to YouTube TV Internet / WiFi - We have fast Internet / Wifi - 65 mbps! No issues here at all! PARKING: Plenty of parking for 4+ cars in driveway No worries here at all

Louise's home was cozy and beautiful. In addition, many thoughtful items beyond the basics of just pots, pans and dishes were provided. She stocked plenty of paper goods, food wraps, and linens; as well as other thoughtful items, such as band-aids, soaps, and other toiletries etc. We truly only needed to grocery shop (which wasn't a far drive). The kitchen had nice appliances. The guest guide and instructions for how things work were very helpful. I can't say enough about how peaceful this home was. We heard no road noise...just the beautiful sounds of nature. There were nice little extras that are not shown in the listing, such as the cozy powered recliners, theater sound system on the first floor, and several Alexas. We really enjoyed relaxing on the very large dock, which was well maintained and not too steep of an incline to get to. There was a kayak launcher, which made getting in and out easier, and life jackets of multiple sizes. Thank you for sharing your lovely home, Louise!
We were able to get into this home last minute after an issue with another rental (not one of theirs). the house could have been cleaner, but we were able to take care of getting up pet hair and pet waste to enjoy the rest of the stay. We did get an email from the owner over a little tikes bounce house that we put out in the front off to the side in a dirt patch. Apparently a neighbor called them to “report it”. We were told it was fine to have up, so it was a little annoying to feel like we were being watched, but the owner was nice through it all and apologized for the interaction at the end of the weekend. The view was incredible, once we cleaned everything up we had a great stay, it’s a perfect place to relax.
Beautiful house
We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful, spacious Capri house. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful host. Everything went smoothly from booking to check out. The house was clean and loaded with everything we needed including towels/linens, toiletries, paper products, and kitchen utensils/dishes/spices. We loved having the private dock and hot tub.

Beautiful lake homes on street. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Lots of dog walkers! Although at the lake, we do have neighbors close by.
Plenty of parking on the driveway. Please refrain from parking on the street. Take care to stay off the next door neighbor’s lawn. Thanks. ( their property touches my driveway at points)
