房東非常友善，哈利和可頌也超級可愛，乾淨的房間和床單，採光與通風都很良好，各種設備一應俱全，房子位在交通便利的位置，前往機場或曼哈頓都很方便，真的是非常值得推薦的房源。下一次旅行這裡仍然是我的首選。謝謝Gustavo &David!

I am from Austin, TX, and needed to be in NYC for a wedding. I stayed one nite at Port Washington with a friend but decided to stay at Gustavo’s Airbnb as his place 1) Walking distance to Korean town, Chinatown, #7 train, LIRR. 2) Peaceful n beautiful neighborhoods 3) Safe n Clean. 4) La Guardia 10 mins away. Unfortunately, the weather was not as accommodating and kind as Gustavo. 😢 Though it was raining cats n dogs out, Gustavo went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. I was very comfortable chatting with him, he was such a good listener, attentive, perceptive, n knowledgeable of his city. When he saw how stressed out I was with the ugly weather, he offered me an umbrella n a ride to my friend’s wedding, When I sprained my ankle from a pot hole, he wrapped my foot up with ice, gave me water n Ibuprofen, his two assistants (Croissant n Harley) came n cheered me up… I had a wonderful stay n will return next time with my best friend. Thank you so much for everything.😘

I visited NY due to my personal bzn to take care. I normally stay at 5 star hotels. However, due to the currency depreciation, I couldn't afford to stay in hotels. I was very nervous/ scared to stay in airb Mr.Gustavo welcomed me with warm-hearted and I really felt that I was at home. He is truly a gentleman,and his two poppis are so cute and. sweet. As others' views, he also helped me in various ways such as to set up appointments, teach me how to get around places by walking distance. His location is perfect for those who don't have transportation. I could go to the mega bank, grocely shopping, nails, and many restaurants. Other guests are very nice. His neighbors are very quiet. Furthermore, the rooms are larger than other places and the bed and plillows are very good as well. Finally, he is such a good communicator that I would love to stay there when I go to NYC. Mr. Gustavo san, Thank you so very much for all you have done for me during my visit to Big Apple.

Gustavo's place was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and cozy, and I would even say it was a lot prettier in person! The place exceeded my expectations, and Gustavo was an amazing host. He was very attentive and responsive to anything I needed! I would definitely re-book this Airbnb.
