We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room to hang out. The beds were great. It was nice to have a garage. It was a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go, including Brian head, kannaraville falls, iron county fairgrounds, and downtown cedar city. Brad was proactive in communicating everything that we needed to know in advance. Overall great stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable for 4 adults! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook all our meals in. The beautiful mounted canvas photos of southern utah throughout the house made it feel like we were immersed in the surroundings!

Brad’s is an excellent host 5 stars, He is very responsible, we had very good communication during our stay, he was always there to solve everything we needed, his house is very beautiful and a very good place to stay for the necessary time, we really enjoyed Brad's house, I recommend it 100% it
