Great spot, really close to the light rail. Easy check in and the kitchen & living spaces are nice. Would book again!

We had a great stay, our room was quite small but very comfortable! The host installed window mounted AC units in each room while we were there since the weather was warming up, that was greatly appreciated! There was a public transit station nearby which allowed us to travel to Manhattan. The room was very clean. The bathroom was a bit messy but that was not the host’s fault since it was a shared area. The rest of the common areas were spotless. Very happy with our stay! Would definitely stay again!

Exactly as described. Rooms were comfy but slightly tight if you have big luggage but still manageable (depending on your room/#ppl). Place was very clean, every morning people came in to clean. Easy to access light rail to go to New York. If I were to visit again I'd stay here again. Thanks Ayan. Chris

Ayan’s place is great if you have a low budget, are happy to share the bathroom and kitchen and are willing to spend time commuting in and out of NYC - perhaps for students. Coming from London, UK, I hadn’t anticipated such sparse light trains nearer the house. This means you spend a lot of time waiting around making the journey that much longer. The room felt very small for 2 and luggage but the price reflects this. Ayan was super responsive and very friendly when we contacted him to report an issue. We could tell he is very keen to do what he can so people have a good time at his property and we were very grateful for this.
