We stayed in this cabin for the solar eclipse. The property is really peaceful and natural. I'll bet we saw 10 different kinds of birds, not to mention the resident white deer! We met the owner Heather who was incredibly nice and helpful. We love nature so our stay was exactly what we were hoping for in a relaxing long weekend.
This cozy little cabin was wonderful for our family! Clean and right in the middle of beautiful surroundings. The wrap around deck and screened in porch with hot tub was awesome. We could watch our kiddos play in the park from the deck. The surrounding woods had trails and a fun creek for the kids to explore. Within easy driving distance to caves and other attractions.
Bring extra towels- if planning on using the hot tub / 5-7 people staying there

Heather was absolutely amazing as was the cabin! Saturday evening I was relaxing in the hot tub. I switched to a different seat and moved my phone (as I was listening to some music) to the other side with me when it fell under the porch! I was so upset and frantic since this was a brand new phone in a wallet case (so my license and all my credit/debit cards) that had just fallen into a terrible spot! I called Heather from my friend's phone and she sent someone out to help immediately! She (and the wonderful folks who came to help) literally saved my life! I don't know what I would have done had I not got that phone/wallet back! The cabin was beautiful and very peaceful. It was just the getaway my best friend and I needed!
