I stayed here because my great granddaughter was graduating from St Leo University on Saturday. The accommodations were as described but do need some updates, such as dishwasher and new fan on enclosed porch. The porch was not usable due to the heat, but would have been such a nice area if it were cooler. The beds are extra firm, fine with me, but some guests would have liked softer mattresses. Pay attention to the comments about the roads to the house, not owners responsibility, but really rough. Drive slow! Overall, clean and pleasant place to stay. I would stay there again if I were in the area again.

Quiet country setting with privacy on a large lot! It served our family gathering of 6 well. Alexander was timely in responses.

Huge yard for our large puppy. Close to Skydive City which was our destination. We were very pleased with our stay at Alexander’s place.

I traveled with my mom, and two dogs for a 5 night stay… Pros: we loved the house with the fence all the way around it. The dogs enjoyed being able to go out and run around. The house was as described, comfortable and on a side road which we liked. The house was well stocked with useful items, and clean. There wasn’t a lot of road noise which we appreciated! Cons: The fence while we enjoyed it- could be better. The gate doesn’t latch all the way, so everytime we had to use a bungee cord and chain to secure it. Also, the back section is just barbed wire and not truly a fence in my opinion. If you’re traveling with dogs this is where this matters. If you’re not it probably wouldn’t matter at all. The neighbor has chickens and roosters which can be loud at times, although we didn’t mind much as we’re used to the noise. Overall we really enjoyed this property, and would stay again 100%. I just wish the back section of yard was chain link like the rest of it.
