Ideal to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in this area of the Costa de Almería . In this accommodation you can breathe tranquility: relax with the whole family! Detached villa situated on a lovely sized plot, in a sought-after area of San Juan de Los Terreros. Situated behind private gates, 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and one with a single bed, all with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, and secure private parking within the plot. Once you enter the gates to the plot, you will fall in love with the sea views from the terrace. Private swimming pool next to the terrace with its beautiful views. The property also enjoys a roof terrace offering sea views and a lovely sunbathing area. Inside, the villa has a spacious and fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. A spacious and bright living and dining room leads to the pool area. It has everything you need for a dream holiday.

I was lucky to have stayed in Elgalgamony's villa for the months of January, February and March. I was delighted with my time there and couldn't have made a better choice. Elgalgamony was really helpful and did everything possible to ensure my time in his home was everything I'd hoped for. The villa was perfect with beautiful views, although it was a bit early in the year to take full advantage of the roof terrace and pool! I had great fun discovering the countryside around San Juan de los Terreros as there are plenty of fabulous places nearby, and I particularly enjoyed my trips to Cabo de Gata and Cartagena. Just 2 cautions: the hot water was almost scalding, and it was easy to lock myself out of the villa! All in all, I had an amazing time and whole-heartedly recommend Elgalgamony's lovely villa - you won't be disappointed!

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful house. ✌️

The villa is located in a tranquil neighbourhood consisting of similar villa properties. A 20min walk brings you to the centre of the village where you can find 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, several ice cream parlours and plenty of bars and restaurants and the typical chiringuitos or beach bars. On Sunday there is a market and in the summer season they put a stage on the main square where every evening a free concert is held.
There is a big parking space in the centre of the village and also the main beach has plenty of parking space.
The best way to discover the whole area is by car.
