Complete gutting and renovation from floor to ceiling, featuring ultra-luxurious finishes. Solid hardwood flooring that has been hand-scraped; no carpeting. A multitude of brand-new cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and farmhouse kitchen sink, are featured in the expansive open kitchen, which also features recessed lighting. this was our second stay and we will try to return when we are in town. the place has a lot of usable spaces including the living room, kitchen island, office nook in the back, outside living area and front porch. the kitchen and fridge are well stocked with food and drinks. it does feel like coming home. hosts are proactive, friendly and gracious. we enjoy being able to walk to a few places downtown and being drivable distances from other necessities. one of the best air bnb's we have stayed in

Remi was excellent! I felt like she was part of the family because she provided everything that we needed and for all the attention that she gave us. This place was very nice, clean, and peaceful. It was located downtown Frisco. I would definitely rent this place again. The was host was very responsive.

We had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. Remedio was a very gracious and kind host. She was very response to messages and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend the house and I am very grateful for Remedio.
