Our stay was wonderful but there are a few items that need attention. The outside stairway from downstairs to upstairs. The handrail is getting a little loose and one board near the outside shower was pretty weak and will probably need to be replaced in the near future. Thank you and take care until next time.

Great location! Walkable and in a safe environment, right by the lighthouse and the playground. Amazing beach view.

Reggie's place was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family trip with 5 people and 3 dogs. We usually stay further down the strip on the island but really enjoyed the walkability of this location to the restaurants, playground, grocery store, and of course Aunt Ebby's Ice Cream. Kitchen was well stocked to cook anything we needed, the new hot tub was a great size big enough for everyone, and the new boardwalk to the beach was in excellent condition. We loved the multiple deck areas and Adirondack chairs for sunrise and sunsets. 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds was in an open lofted area on 3rd floor so sound carried down to the kitchen and living room area, which wasn't a problem for us, but was hard to tell that from the pictures. Reggie was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and provided clear directions for everything we needed. Would definitely plan on returning here again.

I have been to St. George in the past but never stayed in the center of things. I was reluctant because I like the seclusion of staying at one end or the other of the island. However, after At George was named America's Best Beach this year, prices were a little out of my range. I found this property in the heart of everything, amid a tight row of similar homes. I was reluctant but it was in my budget. I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient everything was. Very walkable and easily accessible. Reggie was incredibly responsive. Each time I reached out, he responded immediately and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend and stay there again. I had a friend with limited mobility who was going to visit but was unable to because of the number of stairs. However, it's important to note that all of the homes in this stretch of homes have a lot of stairs. It's just something to be aware of if you have someone with mobility issues.
