A great stay! my friends & I went to gunstock mountain to ski & it was a 15 minute drive! The house looked like it was brand new & was decorated very nicely. I had gotten locked out & Christine was very responsive and made sure i was able to get back in within minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here

We really enjoyed our stay at Christine’s cozy cottage in New Hampshire. The house is modern and clean…and definitely smells great. It was a perfect landing space for me and my husband. There are so many fun places to explore and enjoy. Christine will give you all kinds of great recommendations as well. She’s a great source of information.

We had a wonderful stay. It’s an incredible location- really a gem! The house itself is just as described. It’s very, very clean and feels very new. We appreciated the little touches like water bottles in the fridge. We had everything we needed and more- would have loved to stay for longer, which I cannot say about every place we’ve stayed!

We had a great Labor Day weekend stay. Christine and Cory were super responsive and helpful. Perfect hosts. When we arrived, there were even yummy chocolates on the table. The house was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were so many towels and linens. More then enough, especially with having a washer and dryer. The patio was wonderful. When we first arrived, there was a minor issue with the grille and they immediately fixed it. And the dock was a perfect hang out spot. All of the neighbors were friendly and super nice. Over the weekend, we hiked Gunstock and did the alpine slides, rented a boat for the day at Irwin marina, golfed at the Ridge, mini golfed at Pirates Cove, and saw a concert at the NH Pavilion. All were closeby and easy to get to. Even the supermarkets (Shaws and Hannafords) were about a mile away (maybe less). Lastly, we loved the Wayfarer coffee shop. We would definitely return to the Bay house again!!
