Anarsha is a great host and was very responsive to issues we encountered during our check in and stay. My overall rating has more to do with the home and a few hiccups we encountered. Upon check in we weren't able to get into the house because the cleaners dead bolted the front door. You receive a code for the smart lock which turns the knob but the door wouldn't open with the deadbolt secured. There was also no shampoo or conditioner, which is overall not a big deal but we didn't bring any from home because the listing said it was included. I should note Anarsha was responsive when we couldn't enter the house (waited about 20 minutes) and the toiletries were missing. The other concern about the house is it just needs some basic repairs and some other conveniences for guests. The front door knob, multiple faucets, and some dining chairs were all loose or wobbling. A more standard dining table and chairs would have been nice vs. the small high top table that wasn't stable.

We stay in abb whenever possible. this was by far one of the best. Host was responsive and quick. the condo was immaculate and very clean. A must stay in place.
