Joe was super accommodating. At the last minute my elderly parents wanted to come join us on our trip. They also didn't want to drive in potentially icy conditions; so, they wanted to get there a little earlier than check in. Joe didn't tack on any extra fees for 2 more guests or an earlier check in. The place was recently updated, well outfitted and clean. My son was using a pair of binoculars Joe left in the house to use. He accidently left the case for the binoculars in his grandma's car. I called Joe to let him know what happened and get an address to send the binocular case. Joe answered to phone right away and was very understanding about our mistake. Next time I am in the area I will stay here again!

Joseph’s home was a delight to stay in. He made sure the home was fully equipped with everything we would need during our stay. The home was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We felt at home staying here and would definitely come back!
