公寓在一个很新的小区内，公寓路边有免费停车位，但如果抵达较晚的话，停车有点难，建议合理安排入住时间。 本次我们入住时间很晚，Ottavio安排了人接待我们，非常感谢，因为忘记提前告知要使用沙发床，所以没有准备多余的床单和被子，但这是我自己的问题。房间有洗衣机和晾衣架，一个很大的阳台。

Ottavio's place is in a modern building that is well kept (public areas are frequently cleaned). The flat itself feels new, or at least modern. Internet is fast and the 2 TVs are very large screen. AC works in living rm not in bedroom. . The bed is fine, the mattress is not very firm but sufficiently to have a decent sleep. Now for the not so good: The flat oversees the train tracks: expect a constant come and go of train noise. For all of 30 days there was Thur-Sun 21:00 ~01:00 *very* loud music coming from The Testaccio Experience just beyond the train tracks. The very good windows block the train noise well (not perfectly) but not the music. The dishwasher does not work, and the stove works partially (as previous reviews mention and as opposed to Ottavio's assertions to the contrary). Ottavio is not good at communicating. Poorly furnished: not trash can in bathroom, no wine glasses, table setting for 2-3 people, no wine opener, no dish rag, no coffee table. Bath has no shower.

There is a rail line just outside and a working garage. Both very noisy from 5am untill 11pm. Not easy to relax on balcony. Asked for an iron and board as could mot hang our clothes. Ottavio refused to bring them. Had to request a kettle twice. The lift just outside doir makes a funny noise every few minutes that keeps you awake. Looks nice but not practical or functional. You would have to pay us to go back. Lets just say not as described and we got a refund from airbnb as not as seen.

Nice stay, very easy to communicate with host. Great location, close to everything. Plenty of free parking. I would recommend!
