The flat is located in the Ostiense district, a strategic base to reach the center and the main cultural attractions, congress and university centers. the area is quiet and safe, all around there are restaurants, bars and clubs of all kinds. A two-minute walk from the flat you will find: - OSTIENSE STATION, from here you can quickly reach Fiumicino Airport, Termini, Vatican, Trastevere and all the major points of interest in the city. -METRO B, 2 stops and you will be at the Colosseum. A spacious, comfortable and bright apartment of 130 square meters, located on the third floor of an elegant building, with concierge, elevator and equipped with all the comforts to spend a pleasant stay in Rome. It consists of: entrance hall, balcony, kitchen, a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Features include: Central heating, air conditioning (air conditioners) in both bedrooms and in the living room. Free wi-fi, Netflix. The size of the rooms also allows you to add a camping cot for children from 0 to 3 years old. While the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to put your cooking skills into action. HOW TO REACH US: - from Rome Fiumicino FCO (Leonardo da Vinci airport): you can easily reach the apartment, via a direct train, which in just 20 minutes connects the airport with the Ostiense railway station (Piazzale 12 Ottobre). The apartment is a 2-minute walk from this station. - From Rome Ciampino (CIA): the apartment can be reached by taking a train that will take you to Roma Termini station in 20 minutes and from there you can take the Metro B which in just 10 minutes will take you to the "Garbatella" station. - From Roma Termini: you can take the Metro B to the "Garbatella" station The apartment is a 3-minute walk from this station.

Simonetta a été une hôtesse exceptionnelle. Elle est venue nous accueillir à la sortie de la gare pour nous accompagner à son appartement. Elle a toujours été très réactive à toutes nos demandes. Avec Simonetta les nombreuses communications ont été très chaleureuses. Elle nous a conseillé des visites insolites et passionnantes. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, il est très bien desservi par les transports en commun et propice au repos après une journée de visites. Nous sommes totalement satisfaits de ce séjour chez Simonetta et nous le conseillons vivement à d'autres voyageurs.
Simonetta was an amazing host, very welcoming and made it known that she was always available if I needed anything, which she was. We had great communication during my stay. The home was wonderful, quite a spacious light filled and tastefully decorated true two bedroom apartment for Rome. The apartment has a west facing balcony that you can enter from the living room and/or the kitchen, definitely a peaceful place to catch some sun. Very zen. The space is conveniently close to the Ostiense train station, where you can get to/from the airport with a direct connection, or you can take the metro at Ostiense/Piramide or Garbatella stations anywhere in Rome. From the Piramide station you can also visit the seaside with a direct train. In addition, the famous Eataly in Rome is just a few blocks away and my son and I loved the Sicilian pastry/coffee shop bar under the apartment as well as the Anytime Fitness gym around the corner. Below the house there is the bus stop number 715 and 716 which lead to
Piazza Venezia, located exactly in the center of the city.
A three minute walk away you can reach the B METRO. We also remember the proximity to the Ostiense station, an important urban and extra-urban railway hub from which you can easily reach both the Termini station and Fiumicino airport.
