The appartment is really a studio, and smaller than it looks in the photos. The location is excellent for the congress center, and close to the metro. However, it is still about 20 min by metro to the center of Valencia. The studio is clean, but many of the furnishings are a bit worn - especially in the bathroom (e.g., tiles and grouting missing in the shower). The host is very responsive. Unfortunately, there is little flexibility for the check-in time. I arrived a day late, and even so, the morning I arrived, I could not check in earlier than 11 am.

Monolocale pulito, arredi nuovi, dotato di tutti i confort. Host gentile, reattivo e flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! There are bars, restaurants and a supermarket all in close proximity to the accommodation. The metro station is 5 minutes walk and you’re in the city centre in less than 15 minutes. The accommodation was clean, spacious and really nice. Max was a great host! We would definitely stay here again if we’re in Valencia.
