Off Street Parking Included!!! Our New Space! We have happily hosted over 300 guests in our home and are so excited to offer a private rental! Location is a walkers dream: Waterfront - 300 feet Salem Commons - 600 feet .3 to .6 miles: Salem Witch Museum Peabody Essex Museum House of Seven Gables Pickering Wharf Mass Transit (T) Witch Dungeon Museum 1.4 miles: Salem Willows Park Winter Island Park This is a private apartment in a 3 unit home. David and myself live right downstairs and are always available for questions and local recommendations. The unit is a two story unit and is on the second floor of our house. The main living level is set up with a open concept kitchen, dining, and living/bedroom as well as laundry and a 3 piece bathroom. The upstairs level is a private bedroom. Both beds have queen memory foam mattresses and cozy sheets and blankets. The home is very old, having been built pre 1850. There are still original hardwood floors and doors in the unit that add to its charm. We do rent this unit from our landlord, so some updates we are not able to do personally. The kitchen is dated. We apologize. But it is very clean and tidy! We have provided brand new dishes, silverware, a toaster, cooking utensils, Keurig...you name it. We have one off street parking spot designated for this rental. Additional vehicles can find ample street parking on Pleasant St or Pickman St. Downtown is just a few minutes stroll away. We DO NOT recommend driving downtown May-October. Parking is limited and is not free. Every single main attraction and restaurant offered in Downtown Salem is only between a 5-15 minute walk from the house. At the end of our block there is a small beach that is great for relaxing and taking a dip. We provide towels specifically for the beach so you don't need to bring any. There are two more beaches, Dead Horse beach and Willows Piers, out at the Salem Willows and a third, Waikiki beach, on Winter Island. There is a smart tv in the living room. Guests can sign in on their own subscriptions and watch their favorite shows. Please note that there is not a second tv in the upstairs bedroom. However, the house is fully equipped with high speed WiFi and you will be able to watch movies and shows on a tablet or computer with ease.
