My family and I (6) stayed at Graham's accommodation. It is as advertised and we felt very comfortable, even using Graham's kitchen. The truth is that we are not used to staying in accommodation with the owner, but we barely saw him so we didn't notice much difference. The accommodation was very clean and has all the comforts. The evaluation of the location depends on what is intended. To visit Salem it is a 15-minute walk away, and getting around the area by car is also convenient. In our case we intended to visit Boston for 4 days and Graham warned us that it could be hard to go every day. However, I must say that with a 15-minute walk you get to the station and then there is a 35-minute train ride in which we were able to interact with very friendly people until we reached North Station in Boston. What needs to be taken into account are the train schedules. All in all, we had a very good stay at Graham's accommodation and would recommend it without hesitation.

I was hesitant to stay in a shared space as a woman traveling alone with 2 small children. Graham was very accommodating and knowledgeable with recommendations for child friendly activities. I would recommend this spot! Many thanks to Graham for making our stay so easy. ~C.B.
