I wish I could give 5 stars but it just didn't feel homey, which is ironic. we stayed in a different apartment last year, in the same complex. we were provided a card which gave access to the parking garage, the building, the gates surrounding the complex, and the gym. This was not available. I asked for a kitchen towel and a bath. was provided with paper towels. Other than a box of salt and coffee filters, there was nothing else in the kitchen. on the plus side, it was the location we wanted, the parking is great, we felt safe, and Alice was very quick in responding.

Alice was amazing, friendly and helpful. We got locked out of the complex tho because we didn't have a fob for the gate. We found the whole complex very confusing and also the car parking.
