The open plan living/dining/kitchen area upstairs is amongst the tree tops and opens onto a spacious furnished deck - perfect for long lunches and meeting the visiting parrots and cockatoos. The master bedroom, en suite and powder room are also on this level. Downstairs a second living area provides an alternative space for kids to hang out or adults to relax and enjoy the views across to the Splitpoint Lighthouse at Airey's Inlet. The master bedroom with its own private balcony and views, offers a quiet retreat.The two bedrooms downstairs both have trio-bunk (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) beds and offer the versatility to sleep kids and/or couples. A leisurely, 10 minute stroll will have you on the sand at Fairhaven beach, at the Inlet or shops. A hot outdoor shower is waiting for you after your surf/swim. In cool weather come inside to the glow of a wood fire or the convenience of hydronic heating. There are plenty of amenities: free Wi-Fi, internet connected Smart TV, books and games for you to try, cooling fans in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room, Weber gas BBQ, and new appliances including double oven, cook top and a big fridge, Air conditioning.
