This place was not rraly what i expected. The photo was of something and the room that we were offered was entirely different from that shown on the photos. The place was not that clean. We were offered breakfast for 3 USD per person but that wasn't worth the money at all. I do not recommend tgis place to anyone.

Very disappointing stay. We stayed here for our last night in Sri Lanka before flying off - very sad way to end our journey in Sri Lanka this way 🙁 Unfortunately when we got there we were informed that the room we booked wasn’t available and we were shown to a different room which was behind the kitchen. It was awful! - the room not much bigger than the double bed, damp, no a/c, cold shower, no mozzi net (there were lots of mosquitoes in the room) and a rubbish fan. We were made to feel like it was our fault too. After speaking to the host - he informed us that we had in fact agreed to this room!!!... when we booked he messaged saying the ‘I can offer the budget double deluxe room’. No other details! We were on the train from Trinco and thought he was confirming our room. He mentioned nothing of a change in room, massive change in quality or a price difference and there is certainly nothing ‘deluxe’ about this room. If the original room wasn’t available we should have been told this and offered a refund straight away! (We arrived too late to move to another place - we tried!) The host organised a taxi at a discounted price (as compensation) for the journey to the airport for 1400R. It’s not really a discount as we’d already sorted a taxi for 1500R with a taxi driver. He also discounted the room we were staying in as compensation too. We think the host is nice person and tried to resolve the issues, however we came away very disappointed with our stay.

Good host. Considerate in adjusting/providing available resources to your requirements. Offers suggestions & also arranges tours. Place is in a very quiet neighborhood, ideal for people looking for a serene environment for their stay.

Spacious room, we had a really late check in and it was no problem, even though we haven't met Nishan himself in person, he helped us arranging a taxi to Dambulla via phone. The shower wasn't the best, only little water came out, other than that it was a short but pleasant stay. In walking distance you can find a supermarket and restaurants.
