Super Apartment with a large master bedroom and a modern kitchen . Easy and convenient access to the main City. Beautiful lake across the place with birds and lovely green setting .Friendly and helpful informative neighborhood .Was able to move around without any difficulty . Most friendly and helpful host ever, lovely and great first impression of place. its hidden gem in busy area, visited the place for work but felt like holiday due to the place, Everything about the place was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent kitchen, great value for money and host was great and friendly.

Our recent stay (From Canada) in this beautiful 2-bedroom unit of Royal Palm Gardens was fantastic. Great spot which conveniently located at the main city of Kiribathgoda, very calm & quiet neighbourhood surrounded by the nature. The Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances & utensils. Very clean & tidy place for our best satisfaction. Chamini was friendly and responsive. She was a great host that went out of the way and helped us. Air conditioner was efficient we were very comfortable in extreme hot weather. This place as overall a great stay and we want to come back for the next vacation in Sri Lanka.
