Charming home, had such a lovely feel to it. Beautifully decorated, cosy, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, a home away from home. Excellent location, only minutes from the town. Clare was really helpful before and after we arrived, with suggestions of routes to take around the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back, but for a longer visit next time! Thank you Clare :-)

We were a group attending a family wedding at Lakeview Hotel; Clare's house was easily walkable to where we needed to be, and also to the central part of the village. Her house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and was a home away from home; we loved getting back after the long, tiring days to just relax. Kitchen was well equipped, and although we didn't cook, we had no restrictions on the use of the hob or oven. All the beds were so comfortable! The house was clean, tidy and smelt gorgeous. Clare was a fabulous host and super responsive. There were 2 tiny niggles; nothing that would take away from the 5-star rating. We were 3 women with long hair; the pressure in the en suite was not enough, and the hot water tank for the main bathroom is a bit small (great water pressure though!). However, we found a hairdresser 3-mins away, so we washed our hair there. There is only 1 sofa in the living room and a second would have been more comfortable. Despite this, I would highly recommend!

Clare went out of her way to make sure her American guests were comfortable in her adorable home in Ballina. The location was very walkable to downtown and the home was peaceful. This would be a great spot for a family of 4 to stay.

Clare was fantastic to deal with and her property was lovely for a get together. Not far from the main village 7-10 min walk at leisure. A shop only 2 mins down the road. House was very clean and had all we needed. Overall it was a great experience and Clare's recommendations and friendly nature made it a fantastic stay. 9.5/10
