Incredibly comfy beds in a quiet location, with cafes, restaurant, supermarket/liquor store & brewery on your doorstep. Perfect for visitors for football, tennis, shows, business & shopping. The leafy green of Hawthorn & the light filled apartment, open plan living & dining will make you feel right at home. Eco-friendly supplies from compostable coffee pods to bathroom products. Apartment is situated at the rear of the complex offering quiet away from Riversdale Road. The carpark is situated directly below, so only a short walk up the stairs (all internal - great for Melbourne winters). Large kitchen and European laundry. 2 very large bedrooms both close the bathroom and toilet.

We had a great stay at Jen’s place. Lovely flat, ideal location for us as close to family we were visiting. But also very easy to get into the city on a tram. Jen was lovely to deal with - always responded quickly to messages and was very flexible with check in time which was much appreciated with my early flight arrival. She also gave us some very helpful suggestions re the local area and things to do. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Thank you Jen!

Fantastic location, easy tram into the city right out front.
Loved Jens place. It was walking distance to all the great restaurants in hawthorn. Very central to discovering Melbourne. The beds were extremely comfy and the place had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication with Jen was super easy and she was so helpful when we wanted to extend our stay :)

The complex is situated on Glenferrie Hill near the intersection of Riversdale and Glenferrie Roads, Hawthorn. Within a couple of minutes walk, you have cafes, restaurant, pharmacy, take-away food, IGA supermarket and a Brewery. If you walk a little further north on Glenferrie Road (approx 10 min), you find the heart of Hawthorn shopping - pubs, restaurants, cafes, Lido retro cinema with rooftop bar and movies and the infamous Glenferrie Oval - once home of Hawthorn AFL club.
Trams 70 and 75 stop on Riversdale Road opposite the complex - Stop 31.
Tram 16 travels on Glenferrie Road and takes you as far as St Kilda.
