This place was great, just like the photos and a really nice property. Loved the privacy and security of the property. Completely walled all the way around, giving it a compound - like feel, plus private security gate. Plenty of parking inside the compound, though no garage. Very comfy beds, lots of kitchen-ware, everything you need for a large group. Roku TV's in every room. Great game room. Loved how the kitchen was separated from the living room and dining room so we could make noise in there without disturbing the rest of the house. Nice pool and small attached spa. Wish the weather were better in January so we could have enjoyed the outside even more! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a large group and this house was perfect. It’s very private and secluded and had so many things to keep the guests occupied. The strip is just a few miles away. There were plenty of beds and room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again. Matt was a great host. Thank you for everything!

The house was exactly as the pictures looked. Its about 10 minutes from the Strip with either a taxi / Uber ride. Local stores (Target/Starbucks/Restaurants are very close to the home. Quite secluded with ample parking for all guests. And sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people. Tv's in every bedroom and a really nice backyard with pool/jacuzzi/BBQ. I would highly recommend this home for anyone having a fair amount of people meeting up in Vegas. We celebrated a friends 21st birthday there and had people from all over the country staying there. It was a much better situation than everyone paying for their own rooms in a Strip Hotel.

Thank you so for the accommodation of our stay. We enjoyed the home amenities. It was only 15 mins away from the strip. Highly recommend Matt’s home. Will definitely stay again.

This property was the best property we’ve stayed at Las Vegas. It is close to all the tourist places and there is plenty of entertainment in the house. Would definitely recommend this place!
