Its an NON SMOKING unit.🚭🚭🚭 We require our guests(5) to send us thru email/airbnb chat the ff : - IDs (latest any government /passport ) Its a newly renovated unit (dec 2022) 2br with balcony with each room has a split type A/C plus 1 electric fan in the living room. - SEAT RECLINER (portable back massage) - hot & cold filtered water(direct from the faucet) microwave, rice cooker, coffe maker, infrared cooking, air fryer cooking, cooking utensils & dinning ware are already provide & its UV (sanitized).before our guests check in .. - alcohol & hand sanitizer SELF CHECK IN - its a digital door lock we will just send you the unique door code,plus an ecard which is found inside the unit (please handle it with care) AMENITIES (usage) -swimming pool /gym (ADDITIONAL FEE) of - 150.00(pesos) /person & it is per day processing, we can assist our guest let us know ahead of time & days or our guests can pay directly to BILLING OFFICE (mon- fri 9am-5pm sat 9am - 12noon only, SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS CLOSED) * We provide basic toiletries upon arrival only (toothbrush,tooth paste,shampoo,conditioner, bodywash) and bath towels.
