Percie was an excellent host. He always responded to my queries immediately and was very helpful and organized. The place was easy to find. It was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and easy!

We had a great stay. My kids loved the view from the balcony. Aircon is functioning properly. The place is very near to almost everything and the check in is very smooth. One little room for improvement is the tv which is quite outdated. Overall it is a really good value for money and will surely return.

Percy has been very accomodating host, I don't kmow much to say abot him. I have a lo t to say on the property itself well the condominium itself, quite pricey parking 60 pesos for 2 hours, 20 pesos per succeeding hour, then the swimming pool charges 150 pesos per head per day and there is only a dedicated swimming pool for visitors vs owners. the pool isn't that much I would say. anyways the room is quite large in pictures but acceptable in actual i just have a big expectation. The TV in the bnb also needs to be improved as it is very old and always lagging. The wifi could also be improved as it is slow, good thing is that the data connection there is wuite good for Globe users.
