Tuvimos bastante problemas de comunicación con dimitri: alquilamos el apartamento porque estaba registrado en AirBNB en Isabela en el famoso barrio de fiesta y playa de surf de JOBOS. Una vez tuvimos acceso al El Pin , indicaba la ubicación de Jobos. Llegamos, nos perdimos y’a que el pin era erróneo, después de 1 hora finalmente el host se comunicó por escrito indicando el pin correcto . La propiedad NO está en Jobos pero en VILLA PESQUERA. ( 2 barrios cercanos pero totalmente diferentes , ambientes diferente , cómo decir Manhattan y Brooklyn..) . Apartamento muy amplio con enorme potencial . Piso sucio , estufa en muy mal estado, tostador roto , un solo set de llave para 6 personas , nada para limpiar solo un mini botella de jabón de fregar .. etc . Cuarto y baños limpios , camas buenas. Sin embargo Lo pasamos bien porque no íbamos a dañar nuestra semana y descubrimos el barrio de Villa Pesquera que es agradable y familial y gracias que teníamos un carro pudimos ir a surfear todo los días. Si el host hace los ajustes necesarios sobre el apartamento y indica la ubicación correcta sería una buena opción a precio correcto .

Un fin de semana familiar maravilloso. El apartamento y su localización están espectaculares. Un lugar espacioso y con todo lo necesario para pasarlo bien. Quedamos muy complacidos y disfrutamos mucho.

Location is beautiful, but property needs a lot of Improvement to make the experience smooth for the guests. The host was very responsive initially, but when we got to the Airbnb one of the air conditioners in the bedroom was not working, he took almost 24 hours to answer and did not fix the problem and we stayed there for five days. The apartment was not very clean, it had a musty odor, fans were filled with dirt, dryer was not working, and we only had half toilet paper roll in each bathroom. We got there tired after a long day of traveling and had to go buy supplies to clean the apartment, soap for the bathroomS and kitchen, etc. If you are planning to reserve this place, just be prepared just in case these issues has not been resolved by the host.
