Le Bellook is a quiet oasis suitable for nature lovers, for contemplation, for artists and writers, for rest and relaxation. A continental breakfast is offered daily. Le Bellook is an open-plan 45 sq metre (480 sq feet) suite located across the driveway from our main house. A sinuous mosaic leads you up a short flight of steps to your small terrace, perfect for a lazy breakfast, and to your private entrance. We have decorated and furnished the space simply, yet comfortably, to enhance the natural elegance of the traditional stone barn. A magnificent full height window at one end of the barn provides a wonderful view of a shaded garden area, which leads by private access to the river’s edge. Although there is no air conditioning, the thick stone walls of the barn and a ceiling fan ensure the space stays cool in the height of summer. A small lounge area provides a nice space to relax, listen to music, read etc. Free Wifi is available, there is no television or telephone. An aboriginal-inspired mosaic surrounds the two-person spa bathtub. Why not luxuriate and relax prior to enjoying a restful night in the European king-size bed (160cm x 200cm / 5’3" x 6’6”) A heated towel rail, handbasin, glass blocked walk-in shower and separate toilet complete the bathroom facilities. There is a small refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle and small assortment of teas and coffee. We provide a complimentary continental breakfast each morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Table d’hôte, for lunch or dinner, can be reserved at extra cost. All linens are supplied, including pool towels. Our greeters are two Norwegian Forest cats who are friendly and inquisitive. If you do not want furry visitors with you in your suite, please remember to keep the door shut. No other animals are allowed on the property
