Immaculate, cozy beach cottage located in Great Island, a charming seaside village in Narragansett. Walk to the Block Island Ferry, shops, restaurants, & Tiki Bar! Multiple access points to the water to enjoy kayaking & clamming. Salty Brine State Beach is just down the road, w/ Scarborough and Narragansett Beach within a 10-minute drive! Offering an open layout, two bedrooms, full bath w/ a stackable washer/dryer. Outdoor living on both the front porch & back deck, along w/ an outdoor shower! The Code for the front door will be provided day of check in. You may arrive anytime after 3pm. The door automatically locks when shut. Trash day is Monday and it is picked up in the yard very early. All trash MUST be in bags, tied and placed inside the containers on the side of the house. Please put anything you have in the bins on Sunday night. The recycling must be put on the street Sunday nights-they will not pick up recycling in the yard. 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper will be provided. Please bring additional. We do have a septic tank and ask that you only flush 1 ply toilet paper, do not flush feminine products or baby wipes. Linens and bath towels are provided. There are no beach chairs or beach towels. The Tv's are ready for you to stream apps. Please remember to logout. Games are in cabinets next to barstools. Please remember to shut off lights, AC units and lock and close all windows and doors upon your departure. If the heat is on please lower thermostat to 65 upon departure. Checkout is 10am. The house keeper arrives immediately following. We ask the property to be left broom clean and dishes to be washed and put away. Please put any dirty towels in the laundry basket.
